SHIPPING POLICIES:

All orders are shipped within 1 week of placement. If an item sells out or becomes back ordered you will be notified of the delay. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. Please allow up to 1 week for us to process and ship orders. Once orders are processed, customers will receive an email from us confirming shipping along with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 1-3 business days to receive. If you would like us to expedite your order we can for an additional charge.

All orders placed above $150 are shipped standard free of charge.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: 

FOR ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING RETURNS OR REFUNDS, CONTACT US AT CHARISMADESIGNS4U@GMAIL.COM.

Exchanges or returns for store credit or refund are accepted within 10 days of package delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped with all packaging and tags. Only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted for return or exchange.

Although all merchandise is inspected for defects and damage, should anything be shipped and not in desired condition, or if product does have a defect Charisma Designs must be informed via email within 48 hours of shipment arrival. Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient’s behalf will not be accepted for refund.

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.

Special orders and personalized or customized items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.

SALE items are not returnable and are a FINAL SALE.

Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipment of merchandise.

We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us and request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. We cannot cancel orders outside of this time frame. thanks for your understanding.
